Kaizen Team 1 from the Engineering Department ushered in 2023 Chinese New Year by organizing a Chinese New Year Festive Decoration Competition.

The purpose of the activity was to hype up the festive mood as well as to cultivate positive work culture among staff. Teams were required to decorate each respective floor with decorations which would be judged based on the following criteria: Creativity, Originality, and Sustainability.
