The programme brought together approximately 500 Form 1 students, focusing on key areas of personal development including confidence, resilience, self-discipline, and positive mindset. The initiative aimed to support students in navigating the transition into secondary education while equipping them with essential life skills for their personal and future development.
Representing Cape EMS, the Corporate Affairs and Business Development team contributed to the event of coordination and programme facilitation, supporting the smooth execution of the programme. Through motivational sharing, interactive activities, and reflective exercises, students were encouraged to recognise their strengths, overcome limiting beliefs, and develop a more positive outlook towards challenges and opportunities.
The initiative reflects Cape EMS’ commitment to empowering young people and contributing positively to the communities in which it operates, reinforcing the company’s broader ESG and CSR efforts in supporting education, personal development and youth empowerment.
