| Ten groups were selected to present their improvement ideas at the final evaluation of the Kaizen Program 2022 - a project organized by the Kaizen Committee which began in September 2022. With ‘Kaizen’, a Japanese term - ‘change for the better’ or ‘continuous improvement’ in mind, the purpose of the project was to encourage employees ‘to put on their thinking hats’ and suggest improvements for operation processes by applying the Japanese business philosophy. |
