BUYER Kempas plant

Job Responsibilities   Review purchase requests for compliance.  Build and maintain supplier relationships; negotiate terms.  Process purchase orders and track deliveries.  Monitor stock levels and manage ECO roll-in plans.  Resolve invoice or purchase order discrepancies.  Evaluate supplier performance monthly.  Liaise with cross-functional teams.      Requirements   Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.  Minimum 2 years’ relevant purchasing experience.  Knowledge of inventory and supply chain management.  Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.  Strong planning, negotiation, communication, and multitasking skills.  Independent, proactive, and detail-oriented.
