FINANCE OFFICER

Job Responsibilities
 
  1. Handle day-to-day accounting activities of the assigned organization.
  2. Handle AR and AP, bank reconciliation, petty cash, staff claims, and other related matters on a regular basis.
  3. Perform the daily accounting operational duties such as accounts receivable, payments verification, journals, fixed assets, and any reconciliations, etc for monthly closings.
  4. Perform daily collections, payments, and credit-related activities.
  5. Assist in the full sets of accounts and completing the financial closing tasks within deadlines with the team.
  6. Assist in the preparation of the management accounts & and reports and ensure timely reporting.
  7. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
 
 
Requirements
 
  1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, or bachelor’s degree in accounting/ finance/ Statistic/ Economics or any equivalent.
  2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply but preferably to possess at least two or more years of working experience in a related field.
  3. Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications
  4. Able to work independently and with a high degree of confidentiality.
  5. Possess strong coordination attributes, with initiative and the ability to work diligently and independently.
  6. Mature with a pleasant personality, self-motivated, and able to multi-task.
  7. Computer Literacy: Microsoft Office and ERP system.
  8. Candidate must be able to work at Senai, Johor.
