FINANCE OFFICER
Job Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day accounting activities of the assigned organization.
Handle AR and AP, bank reconciliation, petty cash, staff claims, and other related matters on a regular basis.
Perform the daily accounting operational duties such as accounts receivable, payments verification, journals, fixed assets, and any reconciliations, etc for monthly closings.
Perform daily collections, payments, and credit-related activities.
Assist in the full sets of accounts and completing the financial closing tasks within deadlines with the team.
Assist in the preparation of the management accounts & and reports and ensure timely reporting.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, or bachelor’s degree in accounting/ finance/ Statistic/ Economics or any equivalent.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply but preferably to possess at least two or more years of working experience in a related field.
Good computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications
Able to work independently and with a high degree of confidentiality.
Possess strong coordination attributes, with initiative and the ability to work diligently and independently.
Mature with a pleasant personality, self-motivated, and able to multi-task.
Computer Literacy: Microsoft Office and ERP system.
