Job Responsibilities
 
  1. Manage and coordinate the General Manager’s schedule, including meetings, travel arrangements, and appointments.
  2. Prepare, proofread, and organize documents, presentations, and reports.
  3. Assist in tracking projects and following up to ensure deadlines are met across all active projects.
  4. Coordinate logistics for meetings, customer pickups, bookings, and related activities.
  5. Perform ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
  6. Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities and effective follow-up skills.
 
 
Requirements
 
  1. Fluent in English with strong written communication skills.
  2. Diploma or higher education.
  3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Detail-oriented and well-organized.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  6. Able to maintain confidentiality and work in a team environment.
