HSSE ASSISTANT (Tebrau Plant)
Job Responsibilities
 
  1. Conduct daily walkabouts (AM & PM) to enforce security-related procedures, guidelines, and rules.
  2. Perform weekly reviews of door access records and CCTV footage.
  3. Monitor restricted areas and manage access permissions accordingly.
  4. Retrieve CCTV footage to support investigations of any accidents, incidents, or security-related matters.
  5. Conduct investigations and prepare reports on any security incidents.
  6. Coordinate monthly security meetings, engagement sessions with service providers, and manage screening/spot check activities.
  7. Monitor the performance of security guards, ensuring they understand and carry out their responsibilities effectively.
  8. Intervene and stop any suspicious activities that may pose a security risk to the company.
  9. Perform any other duties assigned by the superior from time to time.
 
 
Requirements
 
  1. Minimum Diploma or Higher Education with relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Occupational Safety and Health)
  2. At least 1 – 2 years of working experience in Occupational Safety and Health within any manufacturing industry
  3. Fresh graduates with a background in Occupational Safety and Health are encouraged to apply.
  4. Good understanding of Occupational Safety and Health practices and implementation.
